Demi Lovato Looks Amazing In Glam By YouTuber James Charles Amid Her Recovery Journey
When she overdosed back in July, singer Demi Lovato‘s fans and followers were worried and heartbroken. But thankfully, she’s been able to navigate the difficult waters of rehab and set herself right on the path to sobriety. Since she left rehab in early November, Demi has been settling back into life as usual, and on Dec. 22, she enlisted a YouTube favorite to help her get ready for the day: James Charles!
James, 19, took to Instagram to share his and Demi’s seriously incredible looks. “Just a quick Saturday glam ❤️@ddlovato,” James captioned the photo of the two serving face with copper and nude-based looks. Have you ever seen anything more fierce in your life? Doubt it. As she continues with her recovery, Demi really does look more and more beautiful with every photo.
Demi, 26, naturally left a comment on James’ cute post to show her appreciation for his fierce skills. “Thank you for making me feel so beautiful today. I LOVE[sic] my makeup, #sistersforlife,” Demi shouted James out and even proclaimed they were “sisters” for life, which is sort of a big deal! “Sisters” are what James’ calls his followers and fans (and even himself) so Demi is definitely a James stan and we love it.
Demi loved the ~lewk~ so much, she even posted the cute photo on her on Insta story. “Makeup by sister @jamescharles, he killed it!” We love that she was so into the look — the colors really complimented her dark hair and eyes. Plus, if you’re gonna have anyone glam you up, you’re gonna want it to be James Charles.
It’s incredible how healthy and happy Demi has been looking since she came home from her rehab stint. On Dec. 21, she sent out a series of tweets giving her fans and followers an update on her progress. “All my fans need to know is I’m working hard on myself, I’m happy and clean and I’m SO [sic] grateful for their support,” she tweeted with a heart emoji.
We’re so happy the singer is getting things back on track and enjoying herself. After all, everyone needs to get a little fabulous every now and again!
