Kourtney Kardashian Reveals the Best Part of Being 40 So Far: ‘It’s Been Amazing’
The big 4-0! It’s been a few months since Kourtney Kardashian turned 40 and the Poosh found said that she’s learned a thing or two with age.
“The best part is reflecting back on how much has changed over the years. I feel like I have learned so much and have grown so much as an individual,” she told Vital Proteins for their VP x Poosh collab.
“It’s also been amazing to watch my kids grow and I’m excited to experience more with them as they get older,” the mom to Mason, 9, Penelope, 7, and Reign, 4, shared. She also noted that this year she took on her biggest solo business venture and she’s excited for what’s to come. “I also started Poosh this year and it has been so rewarding to see everything we have accomplished so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how Poosh grows and evolves in the new decade.”
Although Kourtney is now making a name for herself in the lifestyle industry, being a mother is always her first priority. She takes her children’s health very seriously and runs a strictly-healthy household. As a result, Kourt’s kids like to sneak over to aunt Kim Kardashian’s house for some yummy treats.
“Kim is way less strict about the kids diet than Kourtney is,” a source exclusively told Life & Style. “[Kim and Kourtney] used to be complete opposites, and Kourtney’s kids would love being at Aunt Kimmy’s where they could eat pizza and brownies,” the source said.
The insider continued, “At Kourtney’s house, it’s no refined sugar. Seaweed is a common snack you’d see Kourtney’s kids eat! At Kim’s house, it’s more like pizza bites, but at least they’re all homemade snacks.”
Even though Kim, 39, used to be the aunt with all the good snacks, she’s started taking notes from her big sis when it comes to her children’s eating habits. “Kim has gotten a little more strict with their diets because they are in school and she wants them to have more well-rounded meals so they can focus and also not be so hyped up on sugar at school.” We love watching the attentive mom and businesswoman Kourtney has become.
