Feeling the burn! Kourtney Kardashian has some seriously enviable abs and her trainer, Amanda Lee, shared on Poosh how the starlet keeps her core so toned. The best part? You can shape up even if you only have 10 minutes to spare. Considering the Keeping Up With the Kardashians starlet looked dropped dead gorgeous at her 40th birthday party, these moves are definitely worth a try.

Basically, you do a variety of exercises for 30 seconds to one minute. You can do anything for that short amount of time, right? The circuit runs like this: 30 seconds of mountain climbers, 30 seconds of bicycle crunches, one minute plank, 30 seconds of mountain climbers (yes, again), 30 seconds of V-sits, 30 seconds of leg lifts, 30 seconds of mountain climbers (last time!) and 30 seconds of a side plank (per side).

While you’re probably familiar with mountain climbers, bicycle crunches and planks, Kourt’s trainer breaks down the more foreign moves. Spoiler: They’re not complicated at all. For V-sits, “sit with your legs extended and torso off the ground, your body forming a V shape. Bring your knees in toward your chest and then back out,” Amanda explained on the blog. Keep moving your knees toward and away from you while keeping the V shape in your body.

Leg lifts are great because you get to lie down on your back (basically like resting … sort of). Amanda dished on the how-to: “Place your hands, palms down, on the floor beside you. Raise your legs off the ground, keeping your knees straight. Return your legs to starting position and then lift them back up.”

If you need motivation to power through the 10 minutes, look no further than the oldest Kardashian sister. The Poosh founder admitted that she wasn’t always in such killer shape. “I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did — especially having three young kids,” she told E! last year. “I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better — mentally and physically.”

Keep up the good work, lady!
