Sam Asghari Says He’s ‘Gonna Be Spending a lot of Time’ With GF Britney Spears Over the Holidays
While the holidays are still far away, Sam Asghari already knows what he’s doing to celebrate, and it involves hanging out with his girlfriend, Britney Spears. In addition, Brit, 37, will be joining her 25-year-old beau’s family. If that’s not enough indication of how serious the two are about each other, we’re not sure what is!
“I got family out here, I got my girlfriend,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “So we’re gonna be spending a lot of time with my family and my girlfriend.” We’re sure it’s going to go super well considering that the personal trainer also revealed that his mother and sisters “love” Britney.
Sam and Brit have been dating for nearly two years. They met during the set of her “Slumber Party” music video in October 2016, and by January 2017, they were official. The two share plenty of common, including their passion for their careers. However, they both understand that taking time off is essential every once and a while. In September, Britney revealed on Instagram that she was planning to take a break.
“I hope y’all haven’t forgotten about me!!!” she captioned the post, which featured many photos of her performing on stage. “I’m taking this transition in my life to focus on what I really want … I’ve been working nonstop, well, since I was 8 years old in the business. Sometimes it’s good to stop and reflect !!!! Miss you all … I really do have the best fans in the world !!! #fbf.”
Not only does Sam fully support Brit and her decision, but he agrees with her. “That’s a great message. The same goes with me,” he told the outlet regarding Britney’s IG post. “I always take some time away from everything on myself. You gotta do that stuff in order to stay on top of your career, stay on top of your life, so you can have more to offer to your family members and people that you love the most.”
What is Britney doing with her time off? Well, by the looks of it she’s only getting ~stronger.~ The princess of pop is constantly uploading workout videos and sharing tips with fans. It’s safe to say she’s our fitspo!
