Sofia Richie Doesn’t ‘Care What People Think’ About Her Relationship With Scott Disick: ‘I’m Happy’
Honesty hour. Sofia Richie is unconcerned with the shade she receives about her relationship with boyfriend Scott Disick. The starlet has “this weird thing where I just don’t care what people think,” she explained about her highly-publicized romance with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 36, in Cosmopolitan‘s April issue. The criticism “doesn’t bother me because I’m very happy,” added the model, 21.
“Why would I let someone from the middle of nowhere ruin that for me?” the blonde bombshell noted about internet trolls and the negative comment she receives. Whether it’s the age difference or the Lord’s ties to Kourtney Kardashian, people are fascinated by Sof’s romance with Scott, even two years later.
Despite the negativity, they seem to be going strong at the moment. An eyewitness exclusively told Life & Style that the A-list pair was “all over each other” during a launch event for the model’s collection with denim company Rolla’s on February 20. “She lights him up immediately and vice versa,” gushed the insider.
As far as where her relationship stands with the mother of Scott’s three children, they’ve all found a system that works. “I mean, just be nice. There’s no reason not to be nice,” Sofia told Cosmo about how she gets along with the 40-year-old.
A separate insider exclusively dished to Life & Style that the two ladies “are in a good place,” despite the potentially awkward situation. “There’s no tension between them,” the source noted. Besides one shady moment where the ladies unfollowed each other on Instagram (and then shortly followed each other back), things have seemed OK between the two.
Sofia has also found her groove with her beau’s kids — Mason, Penelope and Reign. “,” the insider said. “Sofia gets along with everyone in the family, which is great because it’s like Scott never left. It’s such a cliché, but they really are one big, happy family.”
Her personal life is solid, and her professional career is about to undergo some exciting changes because Sofia is hoping to break into acting. “I feel like, for a while, I kind of held back on things because I was afraid of failure, but 2020 is [the year of] no fear! I’m gonna be doing acting stuff really soon,” she divulged to at the opening of the Marcell Von Berlin flagship store in Los Angeles in February 2020.
