Now that she is a pop culture icon — alongside younger sister Kyle Richards — fans are curious if the Hilton Hotels mogul has ever gotten plastic surgery.

Kathy has never spoken publicly about going under the knife, but over the years, there have been several reports about potential procedures she may have undergone to alter her look. Some of those enhancements included rhinoplasty, Botox and a face-lift.

The New York native has seemingly instilled the desire to stay away from plastic surgery in her eldest daughter, Paris Hilton. “I’ve never done any Botox, filler — no plastic surgery in my life,” the reality TV queen told People magazine at BeautyCon in April 2018. “I’ve always been obsessed with skincare.”

Kathy attended her first BravoCon as a Bravolebrity and dazzled on the red carpet wearing a sequined T-shirt dress and blinged-out green clutch. The fashion designer was feuding with her sister Kyle at the time and opened up about their relationship at the event with Us Weekly.

“I think she’s finally seeing true and the forest through the trees,” she told the outlet at the time. “I think that, sure, [there’s a chance at reconciliation]. I mean, we love each other. We’re sisters. Nobody’s gonna come between us at the end of the day.”

Kathy made an appearance at the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 reunion and dished on Kyle and estranged husband Mauricio Umansky’s marriage woes.

“[Mauricio] is going one way, she’s going one way, and they’re both trying to work. He’s dancing for four months on Dancing with the Stars. Kyle, she’s not a compulsive person to just jump and make a decision,” Kathy said to the cameras in the glam room before making her grand entrance. “Kyle didn’t decide this in three months. This, for sure, I bet she had been thinking and feeling probably the last three [or] four years. I shouldn’t say that, but I did.”
