Jimmy Fallon has been married to his wife, Nancy Juvonen, for nearly two decades and the pair have kept most details about their relationship out of their high-profile lives.

The couple was introduced by their mutual bestie Drew Barrymore in 2004, but they didn’t start dating until one year later when they worked on the film Fever Pitch. While Jimmy and Drew played onscreen lovers, Nancy produced the baseball romcom – as her love story with the talk show host just began.

The Tonight Show host and Nancy tied the knot on December 22, 2007, and started a beautiful family. However, sources told In Touch in October 2023 that their marriage was in “crisis” amid the writers’ strike, as they were “fighting a lot, arguing over money, living arrangements and his drinking.”

2007

Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Fallon! Three years after their engagement, the pair tied the knot at billionaire Richard Branson’s private island, Necker Island.

Jimmy and Nancy shared how they landed their “dream” wedding location when the He’s Just Not That Into You producer made a rare appearance on The Tonight Show.

“[My travel agent] goes, ‘Richard’s daughter is having a baby — his first grandchild. He’s so excited, he’s going to go be with her when she has the baby over Christmas,'” Jimmy recalled. “He goes, ‘Richard is a fan, he likes you, so he’ll rent you the island for two days, three days.'”

Nancy chimed in, adding, “We got this place for three days, so Jimmy goes, ‘What if we got married in three weeks, instead of next summer? And I’m like, ‘This is the best idea of all human time.’ So, we had 12 people at our wedding. I just got a dress done as fast as I could. We didn’t care.”

The Saturday Night Live alum revealed that some of their aunts still don’t talk to them for not receiving an invite to the “rager” nuptials.

2017

Jimmy and Nancy celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary and shared a photo of them kissing in front of a beautiful sunset on their big day.

“Honey, remember when the wedding photographer made us pose for a romantic sunset kiss?” Jimmy tweeted, adding, “That was 10 years ago! Happy Anniversary!”

October 2023

The two experienced trouble in paradise after an insider told In Touch that their marriage was in “crisis.” Although the source claimed that Nancy is “very, very controlling,” the insider also noted that Jimmy has “demons and he can be selfish.”

“Nancy has let him get away with murder in the past. She partied hard with him back in the day. And he always had a lot of freedom. But this is different, they’re never together,” the source explained.

November 2023

Three weeks after In Touch reported that Jimmy and Nancy’s marriage was in crisis, a source exclusively told Life & Style that the talk show host was “turning over a new leaf,” both at home and at the office after he was accused of creating a toxic work environment.

“He apologized to his staff, is making family time a priority and has sought out counseling to change old patterns that don’t suit him any longer,” the insider said. “Family now comes first. Jimmy’s focus is to not get overwhelmed and take it out on others, at work or at home. You can already see the difference in him.”
