OMG! Kim Kardashian shared the process of putting on the corset she wore underneath her 2019 Met Gala dress and it’s honestly very stressful to watch. The starlet’s waist-snatching Mugler dress made her midsection look so small, fans started speculating that she had plastic surgery to achieve the look.

In the video, a couple of designers can be seen helping Kim, 38, with the final fitting of her dress two days before the prestigious May 6 event. They are wrestling with her undergarment, which was created by the “best corset maker in the world.” They have it fastened so tight it will make you hold your breath just watching the clip.

“OK, so, Anna, if I don’t sit down for dinner, now you know why,” the KKW Beauty founder said after the corset was on. “I’ll be walking around mingling, talking but I cannot hardly sit. I can only, like, half sit.” There’s no denying that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was willing to suffer for fashion.

Her “wet look” dress was truly something unforgettable. It turns out, Kim sought after the French designer Thierry Mugler to create this look. “The day the theme of the Met was announced, Kanye [West] and I were on a group chat right away and was like, ‘OK, it’s camp. Then, it’s Mr. Mugler.’ He is, like, the king of camp. Like, he invented camp,” she gushed.

The garment was made out of silicone, which is why it had such a visually interesting appearance. “We wanted to mix California girl style with Mugler,” the mom-of-three explained. “This is beyond what I ever thought couture was.”

The brunette beauty was over-the-moon grateful for the experience. “I used to dream about this night. I used to sit home in bed on my computer looking at all the pictures of everyone dreaming one day that I could ever attend a Met Ball and never really ever believing that that would ever happen,” the reality starlet reflected. “So, to be the cover girl going to the Met in Mugler is honestly the biggest dream come true and I’m honestly so humbled by the idea that this is my life.”

You completely slayed, Kim!
