Kim Kardashian Takes Bootyful Gym Selfie After Taking 2 Weeks Off: ‘Sometimes You Just Need a Break’
It’s no secret Kim Kardashian works hard to maintain her figure, but even she needs a break from going hard at the gym sometimes. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 38, took to Instagram on Wednesday, June 19, to share a mirror selfie along with one of her workout secrets.
“We’re back in the gym heavy!” she began the caption for the booty pic. “I would say every six months I take two weeks off from lifting. Sometimes you just need a break to recharge and chill, but then I miss it so much and feel so good to be back at it.”
Kim isn’t the only Kar-Jenner sharing her workout updates. On June 17, her little bro, Robert Kardashian, revealed he is inspired to get back into shape. “Day one all good,” he captioned the pic he tweeted, which featured gym equipment.
A few days later, he admitted his main focus is to be healthy. Perez Hilton, who lost a bunch of weight over the years, took it upon himself to offer the Arthur George founder advice. “Don’t expect too much too quickly, Rob. Slow and steady truly does win the race! Be consistent!” the Hollywood blogger, 41, tweeted.
“I agree with you on this one,” the 32-year-old wrote back, which led Perez to give him more tips. “The best advice I can give you is … don’t weigh yourself! Don’t be ruled by or obsessed with a number,” he tweeted. “Just be consistent with your healthy eating and being active and you WILL get results! You got this!”

Fortunately, Rob is on the same page. “Yes I don’t weigh myself yet LOL,” he explained. “And I really don’t care about the numbers. I just want to be healthy and that’s all 🙂 thank you for your encouraging words. I appreciate you.”
Who knows, maybe one of these days we’ll see Rob and Kim working out together and snapping pics of their progress!
