Kendall Jenner has taken the modelling world by storm the past few months, and now, the leggy beauty - who has walked for brands like Chanel, Givenchy and Fendi - is sharing how she keeps herself in shape during runway season.
"My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep," Kendall told E! News. "I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function."
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also said she likes to drink plenty of detox tea and eat a lot of fruit, veggies, and lean protein.
As for fitness, Kendall says she likes running, and has been "trying to get back into it." So basically, the 18-year-old's diet secrets are what everyone has known since forever.
