Work it, mama! Shay Mitchell shared a very glam breast-feeding photo with her newborn daughter, Atlas Noa. The actress announced the arrival of her first child with boyfriend Matte Babel on October 20, and it’s amazing how incredible the new mom looks. Her latest powerful photo, taken by Joyce Park, makes Shay look like a literal super mom.

“Breast friends,” the 32-year-old captioned the gorgeous snapshot, which she posted on Instagram on December 10. Shay can be seen in a pair of black underwear and a large green coat with billowing sleeves. Her jet black hair is blowing in the wind while she holds her sweet daughter against her chest.

Tons of the Dollface actress’ famous friends rallied to applaud the stunning photo. “Mommy goals!” her pregnant pal Ashley Graham gushed in the comments. “[That’s] exactly what I looked liiiiiike,” Hilary Duff quipped. Emily Ratajkowski left a sparkle emoji, which we think captured the new mom’s energy perfectly.

Of course, social media also brings on the parent shamers. “I’m a fan of her, but … it’s an attention-getter. She’s not even looking at the baby. She’s not connected with the baby. She’s connected with the camera,” someone commented.

Luckily, Shay is no stranger to trolls and handled herself like a boss. “I missed the part in the baby books that stated I had to maintain eye contact with my daughter while she feeds rather than capturing an amazing moment we were having,” the Pretty Little Liars alum snapped back. “[Please], let me know where I can download your parenting manual, I’ll get right on it!”

The You star is so over-the-moon about this new chapter in her life that it will take a lot more than an online hater to rattle her. She gave a little insight into life as a mom on November 6. “In my 32 years of life I thought I had seen a lot of places, experienced a lot of things, met a lot of people and felt love … then came you,” she wrote on Instagram to accompany a photo of herself cradling Atlas. “Truth is I had no idea I was capable of loving anything like this before you arrived.” Aw, so sweet.

Keep slaying!
