Abby Lee Miller, is that you?
The 49-year-old, best known for her controversial behavior on the hit reality show Dance Moms, has lost a significant amount of weight since first appearing on our television screens.

But Miller didn't rely on surgery or any crazy diets to drop from a size 24 to a size 16 — it was actually an unfortunate situation that jump-started her weight loss.
She spent a good amount of time visiting her mother in the hospital before she passed away from colon cancer in February 2014. "When you're in and out of the hospital, that hospital food just makes you sick," she told People. "I think it was a little bit mental with me."
Then shortly after losing her mother, she returned to filming the Lifetime series in LA, and spent a majority of her day in a dance studio with no air conditioning.
"It was hot as hell, so nobody was eating a lot," she explained.

On top of all of that, the reality star was diagnosed with diabetes and was put on prescription medication. While filming an Australian TV special, Miller got a refill of the medicine, which gave her a horrible reaction.
"I would take this medicine and within an hour, I was vomiting like I was in fourth grade and had the flu or like I had food poisoning. It was awful. After I would throw up, I couldn't even look at food for the rest of the day."
But regardless of what led to the dance instructor's weight loss, she looks amazing — and still wants to continue on this path to bettering her health.
"I'm not slim by any means," she said. "I have a long, long way to go."
