Just hours before Kim Kardashian and Kanye West say, "I do," guests are making their way from Paris to Florence, Italy, where the couple are set to wed at Forte di Belvedere at 6PM today.
With all of the wedding buzz, speculation is rife about what Kim and Kanye will wear, what their vows will be, who will attend, and -- more importantly -- what will they eat?
Sources say that the couple have hired Giorgio Pinchiorri, a three-Michelin-star restauranteur who owns Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence with his wife, chef Annie Feolde, to cater the big event.
Pinchiorri and Feolde, who are famous for extravagant tasting menus and wine pairings, will work with a silver service catering firm to create a special menu for the occasion to ensure only the best for guests.
The company specializes in Tuscan cuisine with dishes made with organic and locally sourced Tuscan ingredients. But it's also been known to serve up multi-ethnic dishes, ranging from Greek to Mexican to African fare.
While the wedding menu is a secret for now, Kanye reportedly had a heavy hand in the details for the special day.
Earlier today André Leon Talley wrote on Vogue.com that Kim was served a special diet cake at the wedding brunch by Valentino Garavani.
