Less than a week after she was robbed at gunpoint in a Paris hotel, Kim Kardashian is still struggling to come to terms with what happened, and doing her best to shield her children from the truth.
"They don't know what is going on, thankfully," a source tells Entertainment Tonight of Kim and Kanye West's two kids, North, 3, and Saint, 10 months. "She still gets emotional thinking about the incident."

The insider adds that the 35-year-old "tries not to cry" in front of her daughter, but it hasn't been easy. "I don't think the flashbacks will go away anytime soon," the source shares.

The brunette beauty also can't stop obsessing over what might have happened, especially with a gun pointed at her head.
"The scariest part for her throughout this experience is the fact that it could have been a lot worse, and she couldn't imagine what that would have been like for her children," the insider says.

Kim's hit E! series Keeping Up With the Kardashians has currently stopped filming as she continues to heal from the ordeal.
"Kim's well-being is our core focus right now," a spokesperson for the network said, adding that "no decision has been made as to when production will resume."
