Kim Kardashian opened up about her upcoming delivery on her website, admitting she's nervous about complications from preeclampsia, the same condition she suffered when pregnant with daughter North West, 2.

“With the issues I had last time, my risk of having preeclampsia and placenta acreeta are increased and there’s not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery,” the 35-year-old revealed. She continued, "in a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough, but luckily my doctor doesn’t think this will happen.”

This isn't the first time Kim has expressed concerns over her "awful" pregnancy. As Life & Style previously reported, the mom-to-be admitted that she strongly dislikes being pregnant, and that the experience is anything but easy.
"You know pregnancy is not for me…You know I've heard stories forever about how amazing pregnancy is from my mom and [sister] Kourtney and that's just not the case for me and I'm not going to sit here and lie and act like it's the most blissful experience," she has said.
But preeclampsia and a possible hysterectomy aren't Kim's only fears. In a promo for the new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the reality star panics over gestational diabetes.

“They saw more fluid than normal in my placenta, which could mean I have diabetes,” she shares.
Despite the health concerns, the brunette beauty is trying not to stress out too much. “My advice to anyone going through this or anything difficult during pregnancy is that all you can do is be hopeful, get the best information out there and just be prepared," she wrote.
