Do Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Have Kids?
Kourtney and Travis both have children from previous relationships and have become a beautiful, blended family, especially after the pair tied the knot for the third time in Portofino, Italy in May 2022.
The Lemme founder shares son Mason daughter Penelope and son Reign with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick. The Blink-182 drummer is a dad to son Landon and daughter Alabama with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, and is an active stepdad to Shanna’s daughter from a previous relationship, Atiana De La Hoya.
Although the couple has a busy schedule and loves their quality time together, they make sure that all of their children get constant bonding time, too.
“We have family dinner once a week at home with a chef and then besides that, I love to have one-on-one time with my kids,” she told the publication. “I try to either take them out to dinner or take them out to lunch. When Did Kourtney Kardashian Start Her IVF Journey?
The Poosh founder shared her IVF journey with fans during season 1 of The Kardashians. During an episode, Kourtney confided in her mother, Kris Jenner, about the process and explained that it wasn’t “the most amazing” experience.
“The medication that they’ve been giving me, they put me into menopause,” she told the Safely cofounder. “Literally into menopause.”
In March 2022, an insider close to the duo told Life & Style that Kourtney and Travis were serious about getting pregnant since their relationship solidified. They wanted to expand their blended family sooner, rather than later, and that included having a baby before they wed.
“Kourt has been trying to get there the natural way, but she’s also looking at IVF, but their close friends and family are all aware it’s in the works and that it’s just a matter of time before she conceives,” the insider said at the time.
“Both of them are certain it’s the right path,” the source continued. “Kourt just melts seeing how great Travis is with his own kids and he’s been a model gentleman with her and Scott’s too, they just adore him.”

Kourtney explained to WSJ Magazine that it was “a lot,” so she and Travis decided to take a break. The musician also spoke about the process, saying that filming their struggles is “real life” and explained why they made the decision to showcase it on The Kardashians.”
“If any of that can help people — seeing Kourtney’s journey through IVF, which is super hard for a woman. You saw her struggle with it and talk about it. That’s real,” Travis told GQ in November 2022. “And there’s however many millions of dudes that have to go give their semen for this same procedure. So it’s, like, relatable, you know? I’ve never been fazed by any of that.”

What Has Kourtney Kardashian Said About IVF?
Kourtney has been vocal about the changes IVF caused in her body, even clapping back at critics who kept asking if she was pregnant well after her fertility journey was halted.
After posing for a carousel of photos posted in a since-deleted Instagram post, Kourtney shut down rumors that she was pregnant after a follower commented on her curves.
“Is she pregnant?” the commenter questioned, prompting Kourtney to directly respond. “The after affects of IVF (I only acknowledge this comment bc I do think it’s important to know how IVF affects women’s bodies and it’s not spoken about much) … also are we still asking women if they’re pregnant?” she clapped back, proving that she has no time for critics.
Even still, Kourtney highlighted how her body changed thanks to fertility treatments while paying tribute to pal Natalie Ento on her birthday. “A little IVF body,” she wrote via Instagram Stories while posting the pic of her and the gals in bikinis, making it clear that she had no qualms with her changing figure.
During the season 3 premiere of The Kardashians in May 2023, Kourtney revealed that she and Travis “are officially done with IVF” and they will only have children if a baby is conceived naturally.
“We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby then I believe that it will happen,” she said during a confessional.
Kourtney revealed that the process suffered a major setback when the eggs she had frozen before marrying Travis were no longer viable.
“Before Travis, when I was 38 or 39, everyone was like pushing me to do that and most of mine didn’t survive the thaw because eggs are one cell and none of them made it to an embryo,” the reality star explained. She added that “the freezing of the eggs isn’t guaranteed” and “people do it thinking it’s like a safety net and then it’s not,” when it comes time to wanting children.
