When it comes to Real Housewives of New York, you either love Ramona Singer or you hate her. The 62-year-old divorcee makes no apologies for being a total firecracker and that’s part of the reason why we can’t get enough of her. When Ramona spoke to Life & Style exclusively at a screening party for the RHONY season 11 at Pomona restaurant in NYC, she let us in on what to expect from her this season, her dating life, and how she surprised costar Bethenny Frankel a bit with her antics.

“You’ll see me having fun,” she revealed about her storyline this season. “I’m lighter, I’m brighter, and I don’t really get into any drama with any of the ladies.” Hmm, can’t say we totally believe her on that one, considering we did see a bit of a rift between her and costar Dorinda Medley play out during the season 11 trailer — but we’ll give her the benefit of the doubt.

She also explained the main focus of her story this season will be on finding some good old fashioned love. “You’ll see me dating and see me more free about my sensuality,” she revealed. Ramona and her longtime husband, Mario Singer, divorced back in 2016 after he was caught cheating. Since then, the RHONY star has been “dating up a storm” and clearly, she doesn’t plan to stop this season.

“You know, I say, getting dates isn’t my problem, finding something that sticks is,” she revealed. “So, I just say, lemme put some honey on it.” How cute. Considering we see her get cozy with a hot guy or two during the season 11 trailer, we think we can expect some hot hookups for Ramona this year! Looks like that honey trick worked, honey.

Though she said she was relatively drama-free this season, she still thinks her longtime costar Bethenny was taken aback by her at points throughout filming.  “And I think I even shocked Bethenny with a few of the things I said,” she revealed to us. “To shock Bethenny, it takes a lot.”

Between Ramona and Bethenny, RHONY is in for a seriously interesting season — let’s just hope those two don’t end up going head to head.
