Details have finally emerged regarding the events surrounding Buffy the Vampire Slayer actor Nicholas Brendon's arrest for grand theft and criminal mischief back in February.
Turns out, it was a series of unfortunate events for the 43-year-old. According to 'Radar Online,' who obtained the info from an official police report, officers were called to The Hilton in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., after Nicholas passed out in one of the hotel's executive offices!

“The guest was intoxicated and had passed out on the floor in one of the office cubicles,” the report reads. “[He] had been drinking all day and had caused a disturbance at the pool earlier."
The report states that when police found him, "[His] speech was slurred and his eyes were watery and glassy. He still had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath.”
The 'Criminal Minds' star, who was in town for a comic book convention, also left his hotel room in "total disarray," according to 'Radar Online.'

“The television had been knocked down from the dresser, the bedside table had been overturned and the glass top was broken, and there were small blood stains all over the sheets,” the report says.
Nicholas was only arrested when he refused to pay his bill, including damages. “F--k that. The convention should pay it,” he allegedly said, telling cops, “F--k you, bro.”
The incident happened just two days after the writer announced his separation from wife of less than a year, Moonda Tee. The case is still ongoing.
