Taylor Swift is fighting fire with fire after being sued by a radio DJ whom she alleges groped her before a concert in June of 2013.
David Mueller, who once hosted 98.5 KYGO's Ryno and Jackson show, filed a lawsuit against the singer last month claiming he was fired after Taylor's security team wrongfully accused him of inappropriately touching her.

The 25-year-old superstar filed a countersuit on Oct. 28, which states, “Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault — it was Mueller."
The documents go on to say, “Resolution of this counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms. Swift, and will serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts.”

The incident reportedly took place during a meet-and-greet where David is said to have "intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission.”
According to the suit, Taylor is demanding a jury trial and will donate any money that she may win to charity. David has yet to respond to the most recent filing.
