Amy Schumer is taking on an iconic role!
The comedian is headed to the big screen once again and is in early talks to star as Barbie in a live-action movie produced by Columbia Pictures, People reports.
The film will reportedly follow the doll's adventures after she is expelled from Barbieland for not being picture-perfect.

The film is planned to premiere in the summer of 2018 and will be rated PG.
The 35-year-old actress recently penned and starred in the 2015 feature flick, Trainwreck, and The Hollywood Reporter reports that the star will be writing the Barbie film script with sister Kim Caramele.
