<p><span></span>"I'm disgusted with Danielle. This was not a place for her and her thugs to bring their drama." - <strong>DINA MANZO</strong> to <em>LIFE & STYLE</em> on Danielle "making a mockery of an event for a child with cancer"<br />
It was supposed to be a heartwarming charity event for a young girl, Emanuela, with cancer. But as the May 31 episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey showed, the dinner at The Brownstone turned into an aggressive confrontation with Danielle Staub and her friend Danny Provenzano--a man who's spent time in prison.
"Danielle had a table for 10 at the event and showed up with about 25 people," Emanuela's father, Chris Stilianessis, tells Life & Style. "One guy she was with stuck a fork up his sleeve and said, 'Nobody's going to screw with us tonight.' She brought all these people and didn't donate a dime."
The incident certainly calls Danielle's judgement and integrity into question. "During the dinner scuffle, Danny repeatedly called Christopher [Caroline Manzo's son] an antigay slur, and Danielle didn't seem to mind," an insider tells Life & Style. "But last season, when Teresa's husband, Joe, said ballroom dancing 'felt gay' she started a huge feud because she thought that was offensive. She's such a hypocrite."
