Bye, Peter! Bachelor’s Hannah Ann Sluss Seen on Coffee Date With NFL Player Mason Rudolph
Moving on! Bachelor contestant Hannah Ann Sluss was seen on a coffee date with NFL player Mason Rudolph on April 29 following her split from ex-fiancé, Peter Weber. The starlet teased a “quarantine fling” during the coronavirus pandemic on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s “Off the Vine” podcast on April 9. Could this be her guy?
The 24-year-old is a quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Originally from South Carolina, he has a bit of a southern flavor just like the Knoxville babe, 24. TMZ Sports captured the two looking casual as they walked along the sidewalk in Los Angeles. Things may be taking off between them because this was reportedly their third hangout in the past few days. They also follow each other on Instagram.
Although they would make an adorable couple, Hannah Ann told Kaitlyn, 34, that she’s taking things in her romantic life slowly. “I’m not going to be exclusive with anyone for a while. I’m just getting to know different people, as much as I can, virtually, during quarantine,” she explained.
Peter, 28, proposed to the model during the finale of season 24. They split in early January because the pilot still had feelings for runner-up Madison Prewett. Hannah Ann noted that her rollercoaster relationship with the leading man had a big impact on where she stands now with dating. “It’s weird because I got off the show, I was engaged. Then I was single, but I couldn’t go out, couldn’t go on a date or really text anyone because people would know I wasn’t engaged [anymore],” she said. “And then after the show, we go straight into being quarantined. I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh, my dating life is so dull.’”
The Bachelor Nation starlet confessed to Nikki and Brie Bella during an appearance on “The Bellas Podcast” on April 29 that having to keep her breakup from Peter a secret “halted” her “healing process.”
“I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh, I just had this huge breakup two weeks ago, and the whole world is going to know it,’” she said about fans approaching her before the season aired. “I had so much fear, you know, knowing this was going to be part of my story.” Hopefully, Hannah Ann is having a good time meeting eligible men these days.
As for Peter, he is now dating former contestant Kelley Flanagan. Although their relationship has raised a few eyebrows, Bachelorette alum Dustin Kendrick, who is currently quarantining with the couple in Chicago, exclusively told Life & Style that the former flames make a great match. “Their interactions are just cute and [they] just conversate all the time,” the 31-year-old gushed about the California resident and tax attorney, 28. “So yeah, I’m excited for you guys to see what I’ve been seeing during this time. Hopefully, you guys do.”
