Move over, Blake and Miranda - you're not the only cute country superstar couple in town!
Country legend Garth Brooks went on Ellen on Friday, and he couldn't stop gushing about his wife, singer-turned-cookbook author Trisha Yearwood. Although the two first met two decades ago, they both married other people and eventually found themselves both divorced in 2000, when they became a couple. They wed five years later.
"I've got to tell you, I never knew it could be like this," Garth gushed about his wife. "I never knew that everyday you could wake up and feel like this. And I have God and I have Ms. Yearwood to thank for this."
51-year-old Garth couldn't stop raving about his missus. "And I've got to tell you, if you like her and don't know her, you'll love her. If you love her and don't know her, you'll worship her. She's the real deal."
And even though Trisha, 49, has branched out from music to TV by hosting her own show on the Food Network, Trisha's Southern Kitchen, her husband still considers her first and foremost a great singer. "I'll put her in the top five female voices of all time. She's that good," he said, adding, "She's the bomb, man. She does it all."
