Following the success of 2012's Silver Linings Playbook and last year's American Hustle, director David O. Russell has booked Jennifer Lawrence for another of his movies.
The 23-year-old actress revealed on Live With Kelly and Michael on Friday, May 23 that she'd verbally agreed to star in a biopic of inventor Joy Mangano.
Following her turn in action flicks X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Hunger Games, Lawrence will play Mangano, a Long Island native and single mother who went on to make millions from her Miracle Mop and Huggable Hangers, the best-selling product in HSN history.
