<p><span></span><a href="http://dynamic.bauerpublishing.com/mt-search.fcgi?blog_id=2&tag=chrissy teigen&limit=20&IncludeBlogs=2"><strong>Chrissy Teigen</strong></a> is the first to admit that it's hard to convince people that models can indulge in decadent meals and keep their shape. </p>
But she dishes to Life & Style that although her Twitter followers don't believe she eats the meals she posts pictures of, she really does chow down!
"I shouldn't have to prove that I eat, but the blog is a good place to share that I really do love this food and I love to eat it," the 26-year-old tells Life & Style.
And she isn't shy about sharing her favorite recipes on her blog sodelushious.com, which include Boursin-stuffed chicken breasts with pancetta, her mother's scalloped potatoes and even a recipe for Oreo-stuffed chocolate-chip cookies.
Even when she goes on vacation with fiancé John Legend, the couple's activity of choice is a cooking class.
"I blame it on the fact that we can't swim, so we're in these exotic locations and instead of signing up for snorkeling or going out on a boat, we take cooking classes together!" she tells Life & Style.
From cooking school in Thailand to getting a tour of the kitchen at Per Se in New York City, Chrissy says, "it's more exciting than the Grammys or anything like that!"
So how does this Sports Illustrated model whip her bikini body into shape in a rush? "There is nothing quite like low-carb for me. If I cut out pizza and bread and potatoes, something happens around my waistline in about four to seven days. You can eat as much bacon as you want on a low-carb diet -- maybe that's why I chose it!"
