Dolly Parton recently put her West Hollywood home on the market. And the asking price? A whopping $1.395 million!
All this for a single-family two bedroom home—but wait until you see what’s included in this price.
The real estate sites states it features “warm [hardwood] floors throughout, plantation shutters, motorized skylights, hand painted details, built-in A/V equipment, security system complete w/cameras and newer central HVAC.”
The 1,091 square foot home was built in 1923 with Spanish architecture and is said to be the former childhood residence of Natalie Wood.
One bedroom includes a “walk-in closet, full bath and French doors leading to its own private landscaped deck.” Outside, the rear garden includes an abundant amount of landscape with cactus plants.
The 68-year-old country star also has about 15 other properties in cities including Nashville and Brentwood. This one, however, is described as “an eclectic and whimsical oasis” away from Hollywood.
