"I don't eat processed food, for the most part," Kristin tells <em>Life & Style</em>. "I try to eat all natural. I work out three to four times a week at the gym and do lots of sit-ups. My stomach is my trouble area." And <strong>Kim Kardashian</strong>, who recently dropped 5 pounds in just five days says she the extra weight she lost gave her the confidence she needed for bikini season. "I used to be shy and insecure walking around in a bikini," the size 2 star told <em>Life & Style</em>. "But now I just love feeling confident." <br />

Fitness expert Jackie Warner, who whipped clients into shape on her Bravo show Work Out, shares her fast-acting plan geared to producing super-speedy results with Life & Style. "It's not how long, it's how strong!" she says about her workout approach. Warner combines 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training with fat-burning resistance exercises that target those soon-to-be-bared trouble spots. Pair it with her "eat more, lose more" diet and you could drop 12 pounds in the next 28 days. Now that makes for a bikini season you could actually look forward to.
