Bristol Palin has been denied sole legal custody of daughter Sailor Grace just one month after a similar agreement involving seven-year-old son Tripp and ex-fiancé Levi Johnston was settled.
According the DailyMail.com, a judge ruled on Wednesday that the mom-of-two will have joint legal and physical custody of her daughter with ex-fiancé Dakota Meyer. The first-time father and Medal of Honor recipient, who is currently living in Kentucky, will make the trip to Alaska twice a month to spend time with their baby girl, who was born last December. The judge also denied Bristol's request for no overnight visitation.
Even before Sailor's birth, the duo had been fighting over visitation, and it was revealed that Dakota has yet to meet his three-month-old daughter.
The couple got engaged in 2015, but called off their wedding a week before the ceremony. A month later, the 25-year-old conservative blogger announced her pregnancy and apologized for disappointing her family.
"Everyone knows I wanted more kids, to have a bigger family. Believing I was heading that way, I got ahead of myself. Things didn't go as planned, but life keeps going on," the daughter of former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin said at the time.
