In 2016, it should be universal knowledge that once you put something out into the world, you can't take it back.
That's one lesson a daycare worker in Arizona learned the hard way when she posted a photo of her middle finger in front of a young child's face to Snapchat with the caption, "swear I love kids!"

After a few parents discovered the inappropriate image, they immediately contacted the daycare's owner, Dorothy Thornton, who then confronted the employee.
“She was crying and saying she’d made a mistake,” Thornton told KPHO of the 19-year-old. “I had to let her go. She shouldn’t have had her cellphone out. She’s watching kids.”

But despite her error in judgement, Thornton says she feels bad for the woman, who has been receiving death threats ever since the incident.
