Less than a week after Michael Bublé announced that his three-year-old son Noah had been diagnosed with cancer, a new report claims the tot will undergo four months of chemotherapy to treat liver cancer.
According to Argentinian magazine Gente, a tumor was found during a liver biopsy after an initial examination at a clinic in Buenos Aires.
Michael's sister-in-law Daniela told the magazine, "If God wanted it to be discovered that way, it's because he wants to save Noah. Cancer is a horrible illness but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this."
The Grammy-winning singer, 41, and his wife Luisana Lopilato, 29, confirmed their son's illness in an emotional Facebook post on Nov. 4.
"We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children. Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well," Michael wrote.
The couple is also parents to a nine-month-old son named Elias.
