Last night's Tony Awards were filled with non-stop entertainment.
From the moment host Neil Patrick Harris took the stage to when he bid the crowd adieu, the show, which honors the best in Broadway, was full of some very LOL and magical moments.
So if you missed watching on CBS, keep reading for the five moments that surely everyone will be talking about today.
The Opening NumberTons of dancers. Glitter. Singing. Mike Tyson. Yep, Mike Tyson! During NPH's fantastic opener, the boxing champ surprised the audience when he made an appearance. He even danced!
Cyndi, Cyndi, CyndiLast night was all about Cyndi Lauper. The first-time Broadway composer won six Tonys for her musical Kinky Boots. But it was her performance of "True Colors" that really moved the crowd. The songstress performed her hit during the in memoriam segment dedicated to those in the Broadway community that have passed away over the last year. It was touching to say the least.
Pippin PerformanceSwinging on trapeze, dancers being thrown in the air — this performance (one of many!) was show stopping. Not to mention, the female lead, Patina Miller, won the Tony for Best Actress.
Ex-TV StarsMegan Hilty, Laura Benanti, Andrew Rannells — who starred in NBC's now-cancelled shows Smash, Go On, and New Normal respectively — joined forces with NPH to perform an ode to working in television. It was pretty hilarious! (Side note: NPH is the only one out of the four still on TV — he stars in How I Met Your Mother.)
The Ending NumberJoined by Audra McDonald, NPH closed the event with his own rendition of Jay-Z's "Empire State of Mind." It's pretty priceless.
