Nick Gordon has been sued for causing the death of his girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown after new accounts claim he gave her a "toxic cocktail" before leaving her in the bathtub.
The suit, which was obtained by NBC's 11 Alive, was filed on Friday and provides the first account of the events of the night that led the daughter of Whitney Houston to fall into a coma from which she would never wake.
According to the suit, Nick and Bobbi got into a "screaming argument" after he accused the 22-year-old of cheating. The suit also suggests that there was another woman in the house at the time of the incident. (Their friend Max Lomas was also there.)

After the couple's fight escalated, moving from room to room, "everything abruptly became quiet," the suit states, after Nick allegedly fed her a "toxic cocktail" and placed her face down in the bath.
The suit then claims Nick changed his clothes, came out to the bedroom and laid his head on the leg of the "female guest" saying, "'Now I want a pretty little white girl like you."
Fifteen minutes later, Bobbi was found unresponsive in the bath and, after being pulled out, the suit states she had a swollen mouth and one of her teeth had been knocked out.

Bobbi suffered irreversible brain damage in the incident and never recovered, dying in hospice six months later.
Nick has previously claimed that the couple had done drugs in the morning and he found her unresponsive in the bath.
