Stormie Clark, grandmother to Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham's daughter Sophia, reveals exclusively to Life & Style why she was forced to meet her granddaughter for the first time in secret. Ever since Stormie lost her son Derek Underwood in a fatal car crash, Stormie has been cut off from his daughter, Sophia, who was born just two months after his death.
"Farrah never returned my letters or phone calls," Stormie tells Life & Style about being forced to watch her granddaughter grow up on MTV's 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom. So when Stormie happened upon Sophia playing in a nearby park five months ago with a baby sitter, she jumped at the chance to finally meet her granddaughter. "I showered her with tons of hugs and kisses," says Stormie about holding Sophia for the first time.
Stormie, who lost her case for visitation rights on Oct. 26, says that Farrah's decision to prevent Sophia from knowing her dad's family makes her a bad mom. "Farrah's too selfish," says Stormie. "She's a heartless, spoiled brat and doesn't deserve Sophia."
