Justin Timberlake is probably regretting his latest selfie!
The "Can't Stop the Feeling" singer hoped to motivate his followers by snapping a photo inside a voting booth, but it turns out it's illegal in Tennessee to take pics or record conversations while fulfilling your civic duty.
According to TMZ, his case is currently "under review," and violators can face up to 30 days in jail or a $50 fine.
"Hey! You! Yeah, YOU! I just flew from LA to Memphis to #rockthevote !!! No excuses, my good people," Justin unawarely captioned the photo of the misdemeanor. "There could be early voting in your town too. If not, November 8th! Choose to have a voice! If you don't, then we can't HEAR YOU! Get out and VOTE!"
The father-of-one cozied up to presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and wife Jessica Biel in a photo booth this past August, so we have a feeling we know who his vote was for!
